Kath and Kris first met nearly ten years ago while sharing a beach house at South Curl Curl on Sydney's Northern Beaches.
Kathy was and still is a keen surfer. She's also now a proud and fantastic Mum to two beautiful boys who accompany her and her husband to Surf comps along the NSW coast line when they can fit it in.
Kris was training for selection to the 2004 Australian Olympic Sailing Team with two other team mates back then and now sails by herself on the road to selection for Beijing 2008 - that is of course in between working and getting this info out to you.
They're both gluten intolerant and have faced food supply challenges at home in Australia and around the world, and figured that it doesn't need to be as hard for others as it was for them to find great gluten free food.
